Health Force One – Nursing PC and its clinicians prescribe controlled substances only after establishing a valid provider-patient relationship and performing an appropriate telemedicine evaluation in accordance with federal and state law, including the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act and DEA regulations. Controlled medication prescriptions are limited to clinically appropriate cases, with mandatory follow-up and monitoring protocols. All prescribing is conducted within the scope of legally authorized practice and record-keeping requirements.
